With a 55,000 square foot facility in the heart of downtown Toronto, we provide open concept seating and private offices for growing technology companies.

Easy to access by transit, car, bike or foot, our well-designed collaborative spaces & offices allow our companies to grow with us, with month-to-month leases and secure, turnkey infrastructure.

Our companies are provided with state-of-the-art facilities, 60+ meeting rooms, event space available for community use, podcast studios, a parenting room, secure bike storage facilities & showers, a wellness, faith and meditation space, as well as reception & operational support.

Programming & Support

With programming for founders and employees at all levels, OneEleven provides an unparalleled support network for rapidly scaling tech companies.

We’ve built a first-of-its-kind-in-Canada program around talent upskilling for emerging people managers. Our curriculum-based learning focuses on four areas: marketing, customer success, product, and leadership. This allows OneEleven companies to get the most out of their talent, and ensure that emerging people managers are growing and learning, as fast as their companies are scaling.

OneEleven’s bespoke programming is augmented by access to community peer groups, EIR (experts in residence), as well as curated mentors and advisors. These programs are designed to help companies scale and better prepare for growth opportunities.

In addition, OneEleven continues to build and foster the local technology ecosystem. From our 1,500-person TechSummer Social, to quarterly investor showcases, and health & wellness initiatives, we play a central role in helping companies navigate the challenges of scaling a technology company.
