Job Summary

We are looking for a Program Associate to be responsible for creating and delivering programming for OneEleven member companies. This entails both rebuilding past programming and creating brand new programming both online and in-person.  You will build relationships that help us better respond to the programming that is valuable to emerging tech companies who are rapidly scaling their businesses. Ranging from facilitated peer groups and skills building workshops, to an internal mentorship program, quarterly investor showcases and health & wellness initiatives, you’ll be responsive to the needs of our member companies and help them reach their next stage of growth. 

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage OneEleven’s core programming and events
• Ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of entire programming suite, ensuring that member companies are finding value in programming, and corporate partners are finding value for their sponsorship
• Creating and managing long-term goals, including the development of a budget and operating plan for each program
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine programming effectiveness and to identify opportunities for improvement
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle 

Requirements

• Proven experience in program design and delivery, and customer/stakeholder relations
• Understanding of Canada’s post-seed stage technology ecosystem
• The ability to wear a lot of different hats – we are a small team, and you must be willing and able to own a bit of every function
• An earnest desire to help rebuild one of Canada’s most beloved tech accelerators. This won’t be a 9 to 5 role, so it’s even more important that you bring a little joie de vivre to this project
